About Jaime Jackson (Thadai)

Jaime Jackson, a member of the Gila River Indian Community, was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He is an accomplished artist working across various mediums, including aerosol, charcoal, graphite, video, audio, and digital media. His artwork primarily focuses on themes related to the Akimel O'otham (Pima) people, as well as other personal areas of interest. Jaime is currently pursuing studies in animation and 3D modeling at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California. Through his work, he aspires to bring greater visibility and recognition to his community and its people. Sape!
